Target Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Key Responsibilities For The Training Specialist Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives. Partner with Engineering and Safety teams to train employees on equipment operation and workplace procedures. Develop and maintain training content, including Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and training materials. Support continuous improvement efforts related to employee development and training effectiveness. Qualifications For The Training Specialist Bachelor's degree required. Manufacturing experience required. Experience with employee training, onboarding, or instructional development.
